The sporting rights on part of the estate are managed in hand. The layout and topography of the estate provides high quality shooting opportunities for pheasant and duck.

The in hand shooting on the Woodhall Estate is managed by the Head Keeper, assisted by Beat Keepers.  The woodland and game cover is managed so as to present good quality sport.

Bespoke days can be organised to suit individual requirements, whether private or corporate.  Driven pheasant days are available for up to 200 bird days or alternatively rough shoots can be organised for 40 bird days. Duck flighting can also be offered either within a pheasant day or separately.

The estate also has fallow deer and muntjac, which can be stalked or shot from high seats. Game and venison when in season are sold locally.

Lunch can be provided on a shoot day if required and good local accomodation can also be recommended.
