The estate is rapidly evolving and we have made a number of hires recently. Working at Woodhall Estate is not your usual 9-5 job. As a family business in every sense, the estate brings together diverse people, communities, industries and enterprises. All applications must be made to the Operations Director either in writing or emailed to the Estate Office email address. They should include a covering letter explaining your interest and application, as well as your CV.
The following process applies to all short-listed applications:
- Step 1: selected applicants will be contacted and invited to a 10 minute telephone interview with the Operations Director.
- Step 2: selected applicants will be invited to a first interview with the Operations Director.
- Step 3: selected applicants will be invited to a second interview with the Operations Director and Managing Partner, to include a short tour.
- Step 4: selected applicants will be invited to a final interview with the Operations Director and Managing Partner, to include a presentation by the applicant.
