Filming & Photography
Woodhall has been the set of several high-profile films and series. We offer a diversity of filming locations and scenes – from period to ancient, to quirky and outright bizarre. Many parts of the estate are private and offer the conditions required for filming or photography. Some of our many settings are as follows:
- 18th century parkland setting at Woodhall Park, including ancient trees, the 1km straight Avenue Drive and park wall
- Georgian mansion house in Woodhall Park (Heath Mount School)
- Walled Gardens – 4 acres with towering walls surrounded by historic parkland
- Portfolio of houses and buildings – offering a range of architecture, periods and conditions
- Broadwater Lake, River Beane and wetlands
- Fields, valleys and forest areas
- Wilderness settings
- Private roads, including a disused A-road
- Barns – modern and derelict
- Former WWII bomb pits
This list is just some examples: our team is experienced at working with production companies and location agents to identify unique settings. There are several sites on the estate for unit bases and we are experienced at considering the logistics and infrastructure required for film locations. We would be delighted to meet with you and work with you to meet your requirements.
