From 1st June 2026, Fixflo, will be the primary method for reporting maintenance issues, except in the case of a genuine emergency or urgent issue where a phone call is necessary.

While Fixflo is available 24/7 for reporting maintenance issues, we recognise that some situations require immediate attention outside normal working hours.
