MEET SARAH

PROPERTY PORTFOLIO COORDINATOR

If you live on the Estate or have ever enquired about one of our properties, there’s a good chance you’ve already spoken to Sarah. As part of our property team, she’s often one of the first points of contact for current and prospective residents alike and one of those quietly making sure everything behind the scenes is running as it should.

ALWAYS ON HAND TO HELP

Sarah joined Woodhall Estate just over a year ago, bringing with her a strong background in administration. Before arriving here, she worked as an Administrator and Receptionist at The Royal Veterinary College, a role that gave her a solid grounding in juggling competing priorities, communicating across departments, and keeping operations ticking along.

That experience translates well to life at Woodhall. Working closely alongside our Head of Property, Sarah supports the full breadth of day-to-day property management: co-ordinating maintenance and repairs for our residents, keeping compliance records up to date, responding to lettings enquiries, and helping prepare properties ready for new occupants.

A Busy Day, Every Day

Ask Sarah what a typical day looks like and the honest answer is: varied.

Mornings usually begin with a team meeting to coordinate the internal property team and their network of trusted contractors. From there, the day unfolds in any number of directions. A resident raising a maintenance issue, a compliance deadline to chase, a property to help get ready for a new letting, or enquiries coming in from contractors and colleagues across the estate.

The common theme? Making sure things are resolved promptly and that residents feel looked after.

Her favourite thing about the Estate?

Sarah’s answer to this one is immediate: the drive in. “The view of the Broadwater never gets old,” she says. “And my colleagues, they make a real difference.”

What Makes It Rewarding?

For Sarah, it’s a combination of things: being part of a fun and focused team, getting to know the residents over time, and working in such a beautiful natural environment.

It’s a role where the human side matters just as much as the practical side and that’s something Sarah clearly values.

Outside Of Work

Away from the Estate, Sarah keeps busy. She loves walking her dog, helping her daughters care for their horse, and watching Arsenal with her son. Socialising with friends whenever she gets the chance is always high on the list too.

“It’s a beautiful setting with a great, supportive team. There’s so much history here, and a real focus on the local community.”
